Kiran always thought he wanted to be an advertising copywriter. He imagined himself crafting hard-hitting prose by the seaside whilst the ice cubes swished around his frosty glass of smooth Johnnie Black. But after getting his degree, he realised it wasn’t all he dreamed of. That while he enjoys writing, he loves geeking even more. Today he writes code, interprets complex analytics data, builds sophisticated websites, and spearheads electric marketing campaigns at Electric Sheep.
Teneal Baah Baah

When many people think design, they imagine an almost random outpouring of creative juices. They think people who create do so without much thought. But don’t tell Teneal that, you might upset her. Teneal believes very strongly that design is guided by harmony, even when it’s hard to see. That works of creative mastery adhere to underlying principles. That there’s a hidden order in the chaos, and that the illusion of effortless just means that she has done her job well. Teneal seeks perfection through design in her role as the head honcho of creative at Electric Sheep.
Clay’s typical day starts like this: he arrives at the office, brews a hot cup of joe, dons his Beats by Dr Dre, and opens his Macbook Pro. From that moment onwards he is in the zone. Don’t try to talk to him, he will not hear you (and that’s not just because of the headphones). It’s because Clay gets lost building pages, fine-tuning tiny details, optimizing sites for SEO, and crafting expert layouts. WordPress is his jam and once he starts a site, it will consume him until not only is it finished, but every detail, no matter how small, looks and works damn well… even if he says so himself.

Dael comes from a film background. He can lock himself away for days at a time watching movies from any genre or era provided they deliver one crucial thing: a compelling story. Dael is a master storyteller who sees the stories and narratives in everything. Dael believes we view the world, and ourselves, through the stories we weave. And that all of us relate to our surroundings in this way. Dael uses this talent to help brands tell their stories in ways that convince and compel their audiences. Dael understands that a brand is just a brand until it tells a good story, at which point it becomes part of our lives.
